Hi, I’m Hannah! After recovering from a 10-year battle with bulimia, I was left in a body riddled with shame, fear, & chronic bracing-for-impact. I started dating the man of my dreams, traveling the world as a performer on cruise ships, & no longer bingeing & purging every single day… But I found myself still feeling numb most of the time, suffering from crippling stage fright, & struggling to accept the monumental amount of love my partner had for me.
My life had become infinitely better… but my BODY was still running the same programs of hypervigilance, hiding, & bracing for impact.
Enter CONSCIOUS CANNABIS.Through personal exploration & later, mentorship, I began to utilize the ancient plant medicine of cannabis - or sacred flower - as an ally & tool to support the healing of my nervous system, the restoration of my self-concept, & the unleashing of my soul’s purpose.
