Cannabis as Medicine
After recovering from a 10-year battle with bulimia, I was left with a fucked up nervous system, a body full of shame, & extremely low self-worth. I started dating the man of my dreams, traveling the world as a performer on cruise ships, & no longer bingeing & purging every single day, yet I still felt numb most of the time, suffered from crippling stage fright, & struggled to receive the monumental amount of love my partner had for me.
My behaviors were gone & my life had become infinitely better, but my BODY was still running the same programs of hypervigilance, hiding, & bracing for impact.
Enter CONSCIOUS CANNABIS.Through personal exploration & later, mentorship, I began to utilize the ancient plant ally of cannabis - or sacred flower - to support the healing of my nervous system, the restoration of my self-concept, & the unleashing of my TRUE SELF.
By working consciously with cannabis, I’ve been able to
